This intense blend is enriched with tomato, coriander leaf, and cardamoms. I’ve suggested chicken for this recipe. But it works brilliantly with lamb and goat. Or vegetables such as peppers, aubergine, mushrooms and green beans. And of course, paneer. Add some fresh coriander if you have some, to take it up another notch.
We've given this blend a 2-chilli rating. But feel free to add some chopped chilli or dried chilli flakes if you like your curry hot. Or mix in some plain yoghurt at the end to turn it down a touch.
This spice kit is perfect for use in a slow cooker. Throw in the ingredients (see below) with the spice kit, give it a stir with some water...and leave it to do its thing.
