A mild dish that’s light and creamy, without compromising on depth of flavour. Works great with fish, chicken, or prawns. For a non-fish option, I suggest squash or sweet potato combined with green beans and peppers. Paneer is great too.
For vegans I’ll be putting up a recipe for chickpea dumplings on the website as a great alternative to paneer. Keep an eye out for that one.
