If you've never tried Massaman curry, then it's a must. The biggest flavours are peanut, and lemongrass. There's a smooth texture, which is mild at first, with a bit of heat at the end. Not too much heat though...just enough.
I love discovering new dishes. I first had this Thai / Persion fusion at a friend’s party. I was struck by the delicious peanut & coconut combination. Delicious. Before I knew it, I was grabbing the recipe and working on blending the ingredients together. Now it’s one of the blends which always sits in my kitchen cupboard.
Especially recommend this one with beef, & for the slow cooker. Come home from work to the aroma of this scrumptious dish. Or swap for chunky veg like mushrooms, sweet potatoes.
